CONSTITUTION

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The Ice Gems cheerleading squad has been established to PROMOTE POSITIVE VALUES AMONGST Young People through:-

  team building

  involvement in the community

  disciplines through focused activities

  supporting a sporting organisation

And to develop young people in areas such as;-

  leadership

  self esteem

  self confidence

This will be achieved by motivating and developing a sense of commitment and belonging to others and the wider community by:-

  entertaining during games

  working with the DJ to address the problem highlighted on the web site

  fund raising to help support the Ice Gems

  assisting at stalls during fund raising events

  helping support other local charities or families in need.

FUNDING

We are a non-profit making business, who invite donations and raise monies through fundraising events, for the purpose of running the club and to attend charitable events to help support Our Club, whilst assisting to support any other charities deemed in need by the committee.
